• Dinner for the ROTY candidates and Presidents.

14th January 2010

• David Campbell Trophy International Receptionist of the Year Competition 2010
• Individual arrival of all Presidium participants
• Evening Cocktail for all Presidium participants

15th January 2010

• Presidium meeting for Presidents (9am to 12.00pm)
• Activity for the rest of the participants all day

16th January 2010

• General Assembly for AICR Members (9am to 12pm)
• Activity for rest participants or at their own leisure
• Gala dinner

17th January 2010

• Departure at leisure for all participants
